Don’t buy this. Yea, the product is great, but if something goes wrong and they have a recall - like they did in December 2023 they wont replace it as promised. Nothing but empty excuses about supply chain issues as to why I’m still waiting on my replacement.
Awful company awful service awful product. There are other options. This company does not care about their customers. Their support team is just a bunch of copy and paste automated responses.
I used the blender once and realized something was going on with it. I reached out to the company, sent videos of the issue (the base would stay charged long enough to make a single protein shake and then die) and the response was “you can try to return it or use our website to purchase a new one”. There was ZERO customer support for a defective product
