I ordered the black ones, got them a day before, and tested them, amazing sound and good quality and hope they last.That night I ordered two sets of whites because of a lower discount, I figure great as a gift for my friends, but when I got mine, one was opened with stains on them, the 2nd one seems like it hasn't been opened but didn't bother to look inside, I don't want to touch something that has been inside someone's ear before. The ones with the stain are so visible, so I'm returning that one, and the 2nd pair I may take a look at if the seal is broken, they're going back.I am not reordering the whites ones for sure.Yes I ordered the new version, not the "renewed", I know the difference and it's also obvious in the price, but to receive the "renewed" as if I purchase those and receive those? No sir.

I write very few reviews. A product has to really exceed my expectations for me to give it 5 stars and recommend it. This product does that. I use it mainly for phone calls and podcasts, so I won't evaluate the music quality, although they sound very good when I use them for music.For me, the big thing is the ease of pairing, the ability to use either bud for a phone call, and the reliability. I have a Galaxy S7, and every other 'true wireless' earbuds I have tried, including other Anker products, fail to connect the slave device after one or two uses. I have to power them off, disconnect from my phone, and reconnect to get both earbuds working. Not with these. They just work, every time I take them out of the case and pop them into my ears, they work and they sound great.Other things, such as the case, the USB-C charger, the battery life, etc. are all the same great quality I have come to expect from Anker.
