I reached out to customer service and was offered 50 % refund for the set. There were holes in two towels and rows of threads missing in another towel. I have one towel that looks whole upon arrival. I have not tried to wash that towel yet.

I am really enjoying the towels. They are the prefect weight. I have purchased white bath, hand towels and wash cloths from the same company and have been pleased with all. I will purchase more in the future.

Like others have said, there is a ton of lint upon the initial washing, but that's to be expected. We have been using these at the beach for about 2 months and they are the best beach towels we've had in a long time. They are super soft and very absorbent. Best of all, they dry quickly when hung up, even in the summertime humidity! So far they have washed well. Will definitely be purchasing another pack.

I love these towels!!!! They are big and thick and feel great when nice and clean. Even after a number of washes they still feel great. There is a lot of lint on the first few washes but after towels are still strong and still feel awesome. These are the best towels I've owned.
