Laptop arrived quickly and was easy to load; however, the very second I tried to bookmark my bank's web site, I picked up a malware virus that said if I didn't contact the Microsoft phone number within 5 minutes that my computer would be locked up. When I called the number, the rep's accent was so thick (Asian) that I couldn't understand anything he was saying. He passed me to another rep (who's accent wasn't much better), and end result--they wanted $199 to provide "security" for my computer. I immediately hung up the phone. I could not close out the Microsoft page so I shut down the computer, waited 10 minutes, then turned it back on--the Microsoft page was gone, and I was able to resume. The laptop runs extremely slow and I haven't even downloaded any apps to it yet. Price for this refurbished machine was reasonable, but would not purchase this again.
