HOW TO USE

First, before you use the proofing basket, spread a little flour into the surface and contours, this ensures the dough does not become stuck to the basket after rising.
Next, place your fresh dough into the basket and cover to retain the moisture inside and prevent your dough from drying out, use cloth, cling film or a plate.
After your dough has risen, flip the proofing basket to free the dough and you are ready to bake.
