I love that they have a his and her bottle set. The pills aren’t too bad just make sure you have plenty of water to make sure it doesn’t get stuck. They are very easy to swallow.

The soft greens and smooth texture adds an extra bit of relaxation to what is often a stressful part of the baby making journey. The instructions were easy to understand, and the containers were labeled clearly and colored differently to make his and hers easily distinguishable.
