The Toddleroo by North States Extra Wide Bright Choice Gate has a large easy-grip handle, making it easy to open with one hand. The handle glows in the dark so you can see and open the gate at night without turning the lights on. Uses a pressure mount between rooms, hallways or doorways and is extra wide (22") so there is plenty of room to walk thru. The gate will auto close behind you or you can open past 90 degrees and the hold-open feature will keep the gate open. Definitely recommend this safety gate.

Received this gate today. It was very easy to install. I like that it is extra wide and pretty tall. I have a one year old that is just walking and this will keep her contained to one room. It looks great in my doorway and is very easy to use. I like the light-sensing illuminating easy-grip handle with one-hand operation, the self closing gate with hold open feature that swings both way, the steel construction in the white finish, the triple locking system, that it is hard to climb and that it has three extensions included. I am very pleased with it and it will definitely come in handy. I have already had several compliments on it.

My friends are loving this new baby gate we gifted them for their toddler. It is solid, sturdy, secure, and well crafted. There are so many awesome features with this gate that they haven't stopped talking about it: auto close door, wider gate door than most others, glow in the dark handle, auto close door gate with stopper. They also really love the fact that it's pressure mounted, so they didn't have to drill into the walls of their new home. On thing to note is that there is a step-over bar at the bottom of the gate door, which means you have to be mindful to step over back/forth, so be careful walking though! Other than that, nothing but positive things to say about this awesome gate!

We have been on the lookout for a new gate for some time. See we have two kids under 4 and two 50lb rescue dogs. The gate we had did a great job with the kids but not the best job when we had the dogs jumping on it to get to the door because a package was being delivered. That gate was a "Compression" gate only. This gate has small circular cups that are screwed into the wall to hold it in place, and have proven to be very sturdy for both dogs and kids since we installed it 3 days ago. That being said, I would recommend this gate, but there are 2 things that I wish were different. First off the gate is harder to open then anticipated. Most gates have a 2 button system now as a "child lock", this gate has a button and a lift mechanism. The concept is fine, but the bottom latch tends to stick when trying to lift (as an adult). The other thing of note is that this gate is shorter than my old gate. It shouldn't be an issue for the dogs or kids, but does more easily allow for the cat to jump over.

This toddleroo metal gate was so easy to set up. I like how it comes with 3 different size adjusters to get the perfect fit. The gate is easy to open and close. I like how it can swing both ways and also stay open if you like it to. Very pleased with this baby gate

This gate is easily adjustable and can fit doorways that range from 29.75 inches to 52 inches wide with the included extensions. It's 30 inches tall. The directions are easy to read, and it was simple to install. This is a tension gate that comes with wall cups and double-coated tape. This helps to secure the gate in your doorway. The extensions are simple to attach when needed. Once the gate is installed there are two options. Option one is to open and close the gate as needed, and option two is to use the "stay-open" feature. When using the first one you simply slide the top button of the handle with your thumb and squeeze the trigger on the lower side of the handle while lifting at the same time. It's easy to do. The gate will close on its own if you just let it go. I like that this gate swings open and closed in either direction. There's a gate stopper at the bottom of this gate that will help you determine which direction you want the gate to open, or leave it level to use both. If you choose the "stay-open" feature, you can simply swing this gate open past a 90-degree angle and it will stay open until you close it. I like that this gate is easy to use and comes in a neutral color of white and matches my walls. It's durable and sturdy once installed properly. It can be cleaned by simply wiping it down with a wet cloth.
