I was able to connect the charger. It got a little bit of charge, so I put my information in it. The charge stopped before it completely died. I tried every day to charge it. The company that supplied it said they would send it back to me if I returned it due to populating it with my information. I asked for a new battery and they won't send one to me. How can a Grade A product not work??? Never, again. I'm on a fixed income and really wasted money that I'll never get back.
