This black mourning cross pendant was created in homage to Edgar Alan Poe and is inscribed with the raven`s single word answer to all questions, `Nevermore,` from the 1845 poem, The Raven. The pendant measures 2 3/8 inches long, 1 3/4 inches wide, and is attached to a 16 inch long cable chain necklace by a raven charm. The necklace fastens with a lobster claw clasp and has an inch extender, so you can vary the length. The ends of the cross are capped with decorative pewter pieces, adding depth and beauty to the piece.
