Awful product!! Broke the first time it was used.

Film Jammed after printing one picture.

It crashed on first prints and the paper got stuck with pink ink on, I haven't even used once now I'm getting an error to replace the cartridge. Returning.

In 1988, Burger King gave away a small 35mm camera with a Whopper. The film roll was larger than the camera! That camera was better than this piece of junk. My only regret is that I didn't return it in time as it was a gift for someone. Lesson learned. No more Kodak!

It doesn’t work at all. Quality of the picture it’s always unfocused I bought two of them one for me and a friend there’s worked a couple of times mines never worked. Tried to refund it but I lost the paperwork so I’m stuck.

Do not buy the mini shot camera. You can't buy the film anywhere it doesn't exist. Customer support is non-existent, I contacted customer support and they literally said they can't help me with this product because Kodak does not actually make this product. Kodak's website lists where to buy the camera but the film page is a dead end link and all the film sold on amazon says its not compatible. I will never buy another Kodak product again due to my experience with this product.

ruined three cartridges.. When i print the photo it keeps telling me to change the cartridge. well I change it three times and I'm having the same problem. I even tried using the reset button but no help. the film cartridge gets torn or rambled out. I onle got one printed picture out of three cartridges. I am not happy at all. waste of my money.

First, no charger included!? And, It’s really hard to find the right cartridges. Not easily accessible unless you order specifically from Kodak. Second, the camera did not work properly (new out of the box). We tried different approaches and cartridges. When it finally took a photo and printed, the picture quality was terrible. The picture came out smudged or no picture at all.

This camera was a fantastic gift. My 7 year old loved it. It worked great to print about 20 pictures, then had problems. We bought new cartridges thinking they were the problem. But it still won't print. So now we have lots of unusable cartridges. We are sad because she really loved it.It also doesn't store pictures on the camera as described. I didn't ever connect it to another device for storage.
