This is the shower head that I needed 2 other shower heads ago!

We are very pleased with the shower head. Loving it.

The product works well, However it is plastic and not metal. Nonwhere in the product ad does it say plastic-I planned on metal.. Also the hanger for the hand held shower is not as convenient as I expected. For the price it is a nice shower head..

Once I understood how to install it. Works great. I would hope it had a stronger water pressure. But am happy. Finish is great.

Best shower head you will find in this price range! This is chrome and plastic. If you want stainless steel you will spend well over a $100. If you get calcium deposits in the jets, just rub the jets clean with your fingers or soft cloth. No need to soak with harsh lime removal chemicals.The booklet contains instructions on how to remove the flow controllers! You can definitely remove the flow controllers if you have poor water pressure! Our house has good water pressure. We need flow control in our faucets or our water bill will skyrocket. We left them in and we are fine with the flow. Everything you need to install including thread seal tape is in the package. I have never seen this before! This manufacturer was very thorough in considering the needs and knowledge of the consumer. No tools required. Very easy and quick to install.As a lover of a good hot shower, I am already spoiled rotten by this great little purchase. I really love that I can use the handheld to rinse my body and still have the fixed shower head keeping me nice and warm! The fixed shower head is on a ball mount so you can redirect the water to any angle. Great for sharing the shower. You can turn one or both of the heads to pause mode to conserve water or temporarily slow the flow to just a trickle while you soap up. You can use all kinds of great combinations like power massage on the handheld with wide rain on the stationary head.I will definitely recommend this to friends. I'm planning to buy one for our other bathroom. Truly incredible price for this quality.

We absolutely LOVE this shower head! We have well water & not the best water pressure. I was worried our water pressure wouldn't let the shower heads perform to thier best ability. I was wrong! It works perfectly! My hubby is 6'1 and our old shower head was pretty low & he had to kind of slouch his back. With the hand held shower head, it sits up much higher. (be sure your ceiling has about 6 in clearance from the actual spout) my hubby loves the rain feature & I love the hot mist! If you've never experienced hot mist before, you are missing out! It seriously feels like you are in a sauna spa!! I turn the hot mist on the main shower head & use regular water on the hand held for washing my hair. (My hair is very long & very thick, reaches past my bottom) after my hair is all washed, I shut off the hand held & just stand in the hot mist until the hot water runs out. Only con to this shower head is running late for work because I don't want to leave the shower until I have to!! **Quick Tip- remove the water savers for more pressure. There is one in the main hookup and there is one in the hand held. Very easy to remove with needle nose pliers or strong tweezers.** also take into consideration that having both shower heads running at the same time, you will only have half pressure from each, it's a given, but some people's reviews are a little rediculous, what else could you expect. This shower head is awesome! Would like to purchase a few more for family & friends!
