This is the first phone mount that actually works in my truck. Others have never had a secure enough grasp of the vent to hold the phone reliably. I would buy another one in a heartbeat for the wife's car!

I bought this thinking it would charge my phone in a case. Nope. Then I tried to charge just using one thin magnet on the back. Nope. I am not happy and would love to return. I do think it would work if your phone was completely “naked!”

Ran battery meter app while charging, at best this charger would only charge at 200mA. 5% every hour. But in general it was discharging my phone. Put it on at 74% and took it off the charger at 72%. Checked every adjustment, checked cord without this charger and it was 4000+mA. Checked my 10w wireless charger by my bed, it was at 700+mA. Tried this charger with OtterBox case, without OtterBox case, without any case. Nothing worked. Useless.
