I have used this cup for over a year. Why, I'm not sure. I have been trying to justify paying what I did for it and hoping it will work...nope. I bought the correct size. I spent time on Google to figure out why it ALWAYS leaked. I did everything I could to prevent it and stop it from leaking to no avail. Repositioning it, changing it often... I'm not sure. Highly disappointed and wouldn't consider using this again unless I was sent a new one to try.

I've used this product before, so when I opened the box, I knew right away that it was not the right product. Diva cup comes in two models and I've uploaded pictures of the breakdown they have printed on the box to determine which model is right for you. I need model 2, I ordered model 2, the product I received was a model 1 inside a model 2 package. ...or was it? At first glance it looks like that, but upon further examination, I found that the packaging actually indicates model 1 in the bottom left corner of the front. If you compare that wording to the wording used on the side of the packaging for model 1, voila, it's a match! The "1" on the inside of the cup itself indicates that it is indeed the smaller model as I had initially suspected. So bizarre. Maybe order through another seller? Not sure how this happened, but just thought I would share that you should double check that you received the correct product. I love the Diva Cup and would hate for someone to have a bad first experience all because they unknowingly received the wrong product.

This product was a disappointment. I had been using softcup for many years and wanted to switch to a greener, non disposable product so I chose this. I have used this product for four months. The first thing is that it leaks,the vacuum does not stay tight. Secondly, it does not hold enough with its small size. On heavy flow days, you will be cleaning it every one or two hours. With softcup, I could use my pelvic floor muscles to empty, push it back, and be on the way. With the Diva cup, it must be removed each time, the vacuum/ non vacuum seal makes it uncomfortable to remove as well. Lastly, there is a long stem to pull the cup mechanism out of the body which is easily felt at all times; I had to cut mine off and I can still feel it chafing against st my vaginal wall. I would not recommend this product.

This item is clearly listed as the model 1 however I received a model 0 in the mail. I could not tell until looking up the difference in measurements/ numbers on the side of the cup therefore it was opened and unable to be returned. This is an expensive product and I am very disappointed. Would not recommend this seller as they are not selling what they are advertising

What i don’t like about this packaging is that the size depends on age. I’m in my 30s and the box i bought says it’s meant for my age group. First off , i should have bought a size down because it was too big and it hurt to put inside and to remove. I have a small vaginal opening and although i followed all the directions , it just didn’t work for me. It was really painful to remove and . I stopped using it after 2 tries. I wish i could return it🥺

I really wanted to like this product, everyone seems to love it. Even after carefully following all directions it does not stay in place. It droops lower as the day wears on, which is not a comfortable feeling. I read trouble shooting guides online and followed the suggestions, with no success. Perhaps I would use it overnight when gravity would not be working against it, but otherwise my experience with this product was miserable.

I wanted to like this product… given it has so many positive reviews. However, I just can’t. Putting in, and trying to get it out was a nightmare. Almost had a panic attack. Unless you feel comfortable shoving your entire hand in there, i say no to this product. Makes me cringe.

I am so frustrated with these cups. I’ve been using them for 5 months now, and have bought several different kinds but have yet to find one that is consistent in not leaking. I’ve tried different techniques, but all of the ones I’ve purchased (Blossom, Diva, Lena, and Saalt - all size small except for the Saalt) leak. Sometimes it’s like I’m not even wearing it when I have it in. I make sure it pops open and I fiddle around with it to get the best position, but they all leak :( I don’t get it, since they seem to work well for most people.. maybe I’m just one of the unlucky ones. I will continue to try, I am waiting on the Eva cup size 2 to arrive in the mail and will see how that goes. Best of luck in your menstrual cup search.

So uncomfortable. I think it needs to be said that the sizing is a very loose guideline. I needed a size one even after 2 children and being over 30. A size 2 was a horrible experience. So much so I almost gave up on the idea of using a cup also the stem is just a nuisance.

I don’t know how anyone can wear this!! So uncomfortable! I have had two children and I am mid-30s so I went with the recommended cup size. It is painful! Doubled me over when I sneezed! I tried cutting the stem, no help. I tried repositioning, nothing helped. Such a waste of money. I would try the smaller size but I hate to spend more money and possibly have the same result.
