I received this laptop and was really floored to see the "like new" condition it was in! The case is literally blemish-free and the Intel i5 is just as good as an i7 in my opinion. Came with Win10Pro in which I installed all the updates for smoothly. Very, very quiet machine, I could not be happier with my purchase! I'm a believer in this company.
