The Chromebook itself is great. I plugged it in and fired it up. Works great. Fast and dependable. It arrived properly packaged and bubblewrapped. There was no paperwork, sales slip, etc, with the package as I have come to expect from other companies. Delay time from order till I had a tracking number was almost 5 days, and arrived 4 days after that. Tough to get through to support but they do answer e-mails. All in all a strong B grade.
