Works with gel top coats and creates different shade of chrome by changing the base color.

Instructions:
1. Apply base color (optional).
2. Apply a layer of NO WIPE gel top coat.
3. Use a sponge tipped eyeshadow applicator, or a silicone brush to buff a thin layer of pigment onto nail surface.
4. Seal with gel top coat.
