Came quickly, looks put together pretty good. Haven't hooked up yet but hopefully it will work great.

So I spent today doing chores with my kid, and we worked on this to install it. It's not a difficult process. Neither of us had ever done it before, but it's essentially just 2 bolts and a hose, right? It went on easy... but it just didn't work for us. The bolts on our toilet are plastic, as are the nuts holding them, and this kit is all plastic, so there was no way to tighten them sufficiently to keep the toilet seat from sliding each time it was used. Over time, it would have stressed the plastic bolts and we'd have had to replace the seat. This probably would work for another kind of toilet and seat.

I am very disappointed in the fact that this product is all plastic and very hard to get the fittings to stop leaking. Don't try to tighten the fittings too much or you could crack or break them. I guess for the price I paid, I have to accept this. It would be worth it to spend more and get metal fittings.

Missing a part. couldn’t finish install. Has to have someone come help and they said it’s missing a washer to screw in .
