Ever since I've had my tracheotomy tube installed I began to GRIND my teeth as though I had sandpaper between my gum's & my teeth were killing me ! I spotted this on you're TANGA site & owned it within a week , mind you NOTHING is wrong with mine but before the price goes any higher at least I'll have a spare . This is the best sleep aid I've ever used & a lot cheaper than a Sleep Apnia Machine

This actually does work. My wife has the problem and after trying different things found that this works best. She lost the first one, put the second where the dog used it as a chew toy and now is on the third. It is not 100% effective, but it dramatically cuts down on the noise and lets her get a more restful sleep.

This is made from very thick semi-hard silicone/plastic. Even have soaking in it steaming hot water (as the instructions say to) 2 times to get it to conform better to my teeth and gums, it still does not fit tight, and I end up spiting it during the night. Plus the size of the hole in it doesn't really allow for adequate air-flow in and out of your mouth if you are a mouth breather at night. There are better mouthpieces out on the market, and I do have one made by a sleep-apnea dentist. But I wanted to try this one to see if it would be more comfortable than the super-hard plastic one from the dentist. It is not, and I feel it was a waste of money.
