Great ab workout. I needed to work on my abs without lifting my head as I am recovering from a concussion. This works your abs and arms. There are four levels of impact. The machine is sturdy and easy to use. My 12 year son assembled it quickly. We have all added this to our workout.

It’s much smaller than I expected but is doing the job. It came directly from China and it was 80% already assembled. Took me less than 10 minutes to put them together whatever was left. But I still don’t think it’s worth the money I paid for, probably should be no more than $75

I’m only 5’1” this is comfortable for me to use and after 2 days doing 3 sets of 15 reps I found it hard to lift myself from laying position. It seems to work.

The gliding is not easy. The way the handles and pads you kneel on are positioned, all work is done with the knees. If you have some weight, like myself, use with caution. I hurt my knee terribly. 2 weeks later and so painful.... I probably tore a tendon something....but it hurts.

Talk about a workout, this machine will really give you abs a workout.Easy to assemble and it doesn’t take up a huge amount of space.If you want a bit of a challenge for your abs this is a good place to start

 Very happy I bought this! It makes working out at home a lot easier! I hate getting on the floor and doing any kind of crunch. This is much much better for me!

Great ab workout

Es un gran aparato para el precio,. Solo que si no eres experimentado en abdominales será muy difícil que hagas varias repeticiones .. este aparato es para gente que ya tiene mucha fuerza en abdomen
