The diffuser is beautiful. It seems to work well. If I had to say anything negative about it it's that the instructions are somewhat hard to understand. They are worded odd. But it's not hard to figure out how to use it. Unfortunately, I did not get the oils. They fell out of the package when it ripped en route. My daughter bought the same set and her package was ripped as well, but the oils were still intact.
