I haven't gotten it yet. 10 days ago I received a breathalyzer instead of a thermometer. I was told by customer service that I may not receive the thermometer now because they may not accept a reorder. Worse case I guess is I would receive a refund. Not really that big a deal, but I'm pretty surprised I didn't get an apology and my item sent right away. Oh well...
