First order was wrong but finally got it resolved, now this came today and it's missing the cleaning brush for cleaning the filter. And it was shipping in the original box, not a shipping box, with labels all over it so I can't give it as a gift, but also it was drenched. It was delivered by UPS to my apartment door, INSIDE my building, not outside. But the box was totally soaked to the point when I tried to open it, it totally fell apart. Thankfully the vac itself was in a plastic bag so it's ok, but to send it in the box and not inside a shipping box, which would have prevented the box from falling apart is just wrong. I don't know if the little brush fell out since the box was not even closed on the bottom or top since it was so wet or if they never sent that part. But after TWO botched orders, I'm done with this company.
