i bought this a couple months ago and i initially had some problems... but, customer service was more than willing to help and now all works perfectly...

My friend knew I was looking to get a new phone and she saw this Samsung Galaxy Slll on sale for $50 so she went ahead and bought it for me. I have always used iPhones in the past but when I was looking at iPhone 5's on here they only have 16gb of memory and that's no more than my iPhone 4s I had been using cuz it also only has 16gb of memory. I had seen people have bad luck with android in the past but I got a cheap LG as a backup phone and it's android and runs great. So I decided to make the switch to android, a few things drew me in, first the phone runs very well and it runs fast! expandable memory is a huge thing for me cuz I need a lot of memory for all my media so right now I have the 16gb on the phone and I have a 32gb micro sd card and I've actually seen some 64bg cards so I will probably be getting one of those soon my photos don't take up much room and I've scaled my music down so it doesn't take up much room either the reason I would like a bigger card is because then I could put a ton of video on it which would be sweet! I love the bigger screen cuz it's 5" I've never had a phone with a screen bigger than 3.5" so with this new larger screen I can actually watch video on it and I'm able to see it and enjoy it plus the amoled display or whatever it's called makes the screen so vibrant and colorful I like it a lot!, I was worried coming from iPhone that this Samsung android wouldn't have a good music play but it actually has a great music player and you can set it as a widget and the equalizer in it is great there is an automatic selection in the equalizer area and I use it because when I play my songs and use the equalizer selection like rock for instant the automatic equalizer setting will adjust and sound the same as the setting I would normally choose so that's way cool! more customization, and that it will play any of my video without me having to convert it. Now about the phone, I love it, I got 2 new larger batteries for it, the stock battery is only 2100mah and I got a 4200mah and a 7500mah batteries for it and they will last forever on a single charge! I got my 4200mah battery down the road at batteries and bulbs and it's a brand name Rayovac battery and I have a year warranty on it and one of the best things was it didn't cost anymore than a stock battery they were the same price! If you run out of battery in the day I would totally recommend getting a larger battery, and my 7500mah battery is a no name I got off ebay I was looking around to find a case that would fit over the larger back cover on my phone and I found one I liked and you could get the battery for it for an extra $10 so I went for it and it has actually been a great battery, I did have to put a different back cover on the phone to accommodate them and it makes them a little thicker but that's not a problem for me. I love that you have widgets they r really cool. There are 2 talk to text choices on it, Google and the Samsung one, I use the Samsung talk to text and it is really good it hardly ever words wrong. I also love the built in Samsung video player, it works great and the best thing is you can minimize it down to a small screen and then you can keep your video running while you do anything else on the phone so that is way cool! I also really like that just like on windows you can set multiple pictures and cycle thru as the background pics! Another thing I really love is for starters it does just like my iPhone did and in the gallery it doesn't keep my pics in their upper folders it takes them down to the last folder making it hard to find anything since I have thousands of photos, but here's the good part I was able to get an application that keep all my pictures in their upper folder making it really easy to find pics plus that app also reads both the memory card and the phone memory and you can use it to transfer things between the 2. I also love the camera it's so much better than the one on my iPhone 4s! Well I know there are a bunch more nice little extras that I haven't listed. In closing I'm glad I made the switch from iPhone to this Samsung android, I like this Samsung Galaxy Slll way better than my iPhone 4s I had been using, this new Samsung android phone just blows my iPhone 4s that I had been using out of the water! Love the phone, and it blows me away thinking about it cuz Samsung is up to the Galaxy 7 now so this Galaxy 3 is 4 generations behind yet it still runs great and it does every thing I want it to, all in all it's just a great phone I love it!

I've had this product for a month now and haven't had any problems with it. I used it for pictures and videos while I was on vacation in Florida. The quality is much better than my previous phone. I bought accessories for it on eBay -- screen protectors, two cases, plus a wallet case. I also bought a few backup batteries. Setup was a bit slow, though it could've just been my device, because I bought a different phone for my sister, and it was much faster. If you can get past that, it's definitely a device worth hanging on to.

Love my Samsung Galaxy III. The price was outstanding and was easy to use.

I've had the Samsung Galaxy 3 phone and the plan for over 6 months. They are more than I ever expected. The phone, more features than I could ever use!
