The story begins with a woman named Liz who had recently retired. She was moving to a smaller home with her husband. During the move she tore her rotator cuff and was experiencing a lot of pain. She went to the doctor and was referred to a surgeon named Dr. Leanord. Dr. Leanord told Liz to see a personal trainer first to see if they could avoid surgery. Liz went to the physical therapist for an hour appointment. The physical therapist saw her for 10 minutes, and then had an assistant guide Liz through some exercises for the remaining 50 minutes of the appointment. After several visits, Liz wasn’t getting any better. She went to the Charter Fitness that she is a member of, and told the manager about her problem. The manager said “You have to see Brendan.” So, Liz booked an appointment with Brendan, and she was astonished by the results he was able to give her. He told her to do the same exercises that the physical therapist recommended, but he made sure Liz used proper technique. Liz started to see drastic improvements. When she went back to see Dr. Leanord, he was shocked at her progress. Dr. Leanord told Liz she no longer needed to have surgery. Liz was so happy that Brendan was able to solve her problem, she told Brendan he needed to provide this service to everyone. The only problem was that Brendan only has so much free time, so Brendan invented the Posture PT. The Posture PT can act as your Posture Personal Trainer instead of Brendan.
