Had this renewed ? computer for over a month. Using a back up program I saw all the stuff that this has. Most of items are from 2012 some 2016 so a old machine. I was going to return it and Tanga offered a shipping Label, I am not sending it back as U likely know after downloading all files and such a real Pain. No issues and when I see Grandsons again they can put in a SSD hard drive. My issue is with both JOY and Tanga for really a Fake ad. No such computer like that exists

After setting it up and running it for a few days Nice computer. Not sure if 16 GB of ram I did see all slots filled. I did also see a 500 HHD drive instead of SSD like advertised. Took a while to get things up and running but all went well. Seems to me Window 10 was not a new Version. Had to download many updates. I am thinking in total a good Buy

Computer was shipped in a well made carton. Packaging really seemed excellent. The Computer comes Shrink wrapped and the components look new. My only issue right now before setting it up is the Invoice says 500 HDD hard Drive.U say 120 SSD. When I use it I will see what gives. I bought it for the SSD Hard drive
