As an avid walker, woman, and diabetic I carry many items and this pouch looked perfect to carry it all. The pouch itself is just the right size but i was disappointed not to get the arm or waist strap with it. It could strap to a belt but I don't wear pants with a belt when I walk. I didn't see that those were sold separately on the sale i ordered from.
