I had been to podiatrist about pain between 4rth and 5th metatarsal He fashioned a support and applied to my foot to see if would help. Alleviated pain greatly so suggested a custom orthotics which would have costed $450 ( insurance didn't cover) so I tried this. Has worked wonderfully! very comfortable, very similar to temporary support the doc made. Only reason not 5 stars is because they really don;t self-stick too well. But easily remedied. I purchased some self adhesive elastic bandage ( "sure flexx" brand from Farm store - very inexpensive) to hold on my arch. Does so well they even stay on without shoes ( inside my socks). I have been quite pleased. Been wearing a week now and foot feels so much better.
