The phone is awesome! The service however is unreliable. The map shows coverage in our area (Nevada) so I purchased. But I rarely can make a call on the 1st or 2nd attempt. Usually works on the third. People on the other end get those 2 first calls as hang ups. Very frustrating. Looks like best coverage is in the Midwest and east. Wish more service was available out West.
