I, too, saw "30" in the description. Printing is rather small, because I know the difference between inches and centimeters. I don't think it would even fit a cat. Disappointing because it is cute. This is America. Let's use our measurements when describing. Its going back.

Read description carefully. The bandana part of this item is exceptionally small and looks ridiculous.The collar part is ok. It is for a very small dog or cat.I bought this for my daughters puppy but won't even give it to her.
