The opener also opens the cans with pop tops too. The side cut makes it safer to cook and open cans. The opener comes with scissors which is handy. I like that the cord can be pushed into the opener that way you don’t have the clutter on your counters. This opener is a boss at open ending cans.

The only downfall and i could be doing it wrong is you have to push down the lever the whole time meaning you cant put a can on and leave it to do by itself. Other than that I have found that I love this can opener so much i bought one for our office at work.

She doesn’t have enough strength to use a hand operated can opener. Now she has no issues using this and since it leaves a smooth edge I don’t have to worry that she might hurt herself by accident.

You can even put the lid back on and it won't fall into the can. It works quickly and easily, with one hand! I like the black and silver, it will look nice in any kitchen. I love that the cord can be stored inside of it, you just pull out how much you need which is great for storing!
