I've gone through two of the Vertuo Next machines at this point. My first machine began diminishing in quality when the head would get stuck when locking and unlocking, then began making very loud noises when running. Now my replacement machine is acting up as well. It's a toss up on whether or not the machine will register my pod when it's in the holder, which has caused me to waste multiple pods (not to mention it's just really annoying). It's also beginning to make weird noises when it runs.

I bought this model for Christmas ‘22 and it has failed twice in 1 year. Kudos to Nespresso for replacing the machine two times. I am on to the VertuoPlus so hopefully we can see some reliability with this version. The coffee is great just need a machine that doesn’t require customer service. Would not recommend the VertuoNext.

Lasted about 1 years, now it's extremely loud when brewing also the coffee is not hot.

Can’t speak yet for the quality but I can speak but had to return it the first time because it had already been used and repackaged without my knowledge.

I bought this machine because my vertuo next only worked for a year and then it would stop working. So I decided to try this model, now this model does not brew hot enough. I wish I would have listened to some of the reviews about how these machines don’t brew hot enough. I called customer service and they couldn’t do anything. Very disappointed. Love the coffee, but these machines just don’t work as well as I would expect them too.

I have had this machine for two years and it constantly requires me to call tech support. Numerous times a year it malfunctions. Additionally it is quite hard to close. The design is bad. It needs to be reengineered or pulled from the line.

Machine gets stuck in descaling mode each time. I dread descaling because I know it's always going to take hours to do it. I always have to call the support center. They are helpful but it's time consuming to do it every time every 3 months. This process should be 20 mins and takes 2 hours every time.

It only lasted 6 months before it started giving problems. It took 1-1/2yrs to be found not repairable by the warranty we had.

You will never get this to update. Don't think the app can control it. Coffee isn't hot enough. Very finicky in its operations.

I bought this machine in January 2024. It has an extremely loud motor. I have another Nespesso that is much quieter. I am wondering if I got a lemon.
