This phone arrived in very good condition and was easy to activate and works very well. There is a problem that I have not been able to resolve. Right after activating the service there was a message that an important update was ready and that it would take 20 minutes to install. I went ahead with the installation. About 5 minutes after it was complete the notice appeared again. I have gone through this update process three times and it just keeps coming back.
