For the second time this week, the “random” letters in a WITW puzzle have ended up spelling out a valid, but wrong, answer. It would be nice if the puzzle maker had some control over those letters. Ideally, we’d be able to simply choose them, but even if we can’t do that, it would be nice to have a way to say, “No, I don’t like those letters, choose another set”.

Of course, requests for improvements to puzzles are virtually never implemented, so just consider this a gripe instead.
