Purchased 3 pair of Kenneth Cole sunglasses. The offer CLEARLY states, “Buy up to 3 pair for one low shipping price.” Sounds great, except I was charged for THREE shipping fees. My inquiry to Tang was answered, “Sorry, we’ll check with the shipper.” The shipper?? What does UPS have to do with a billing error? I have followed up with 2 other emails to Tanga and received no response. Been a week now and I have received no refund of the redundant shipping fees. How hard is this? Bozos.
