Shipping taking forever, 1/3 my order actually shipped
I’m becoming extremely frustrated with Tanga. I placed an order on Oct 23rd. After 4 weeks of no shipment, I asked for my order to be cancelled.
On Sunday (12/8), I receive tracking information for this order. Let me state that I am actually happy my order was not cancelled since these are Christmas presents that I want to give to my family. I check the tracking information and notice that it shipped yesterday. When I go to the mailbox, I notice that only 1 of the 3 items were shipped. No information on when the other 2 items would ship, no information on a partial order, nothing.
So now I’m wondering, am I paying full price for 1/3rd of the order, will the other items EVENTUALLY ship and will I get all of this by Christmas??? I placed the order thinking, “There should be no problem getting an order shipped 8 weeks before Christmas?”. Now, I’m not so sure.
Trying to remain positive but it’s becoming difficult as each day passes.
Like others have stated, whenever I do receive a response from customer support, they never truly answer the question at hand, just copy and paste a blanket response.
