Technical support needed for iPad

Does anybody else use an iPad on the Tanga site? With every update or site change, I lose the ability to access areas of Tanga. The first thing I lost was being able to place an order. On checkout, it says my “cart” is empty. I emailed customer support and they were baffled too. Since yesterday’s update I an unable to access “my orders”, “my account” or “my profile”. Every option sends me to the Deal’s Page. I can’t “create a puzzle” either.

Do any of you technical wizards have any suggestions? Are any other iPad users having the same issues? I would appreciate any help.
