So how many people have puzzles started, halfway done, almost done, just in theory, etc? As much as I’ll miss all the puzzles from other people, I will really regret not getting around to actually making most of the puzzles in my big file of ideas.

My greatest sadness is a puzzle I’ve literally been coming back to for 2 and a half years, since my daughter was born and I had some time off. I began creating a choose your own adventure puzzle that would tell a story through the comments structure, and you could choose which comment to go to next depending on where in the story you wanted to go. Periodically throughout the story you’d encounter a new image link with a puzzle embedded in it. There would be clues telling you how the different puzzles worked together to get the final OWW answer. I just never made the time to finish it, and I feel like it’s going to haunt me for a long time that I never finished and published it! I’ve got the story worked out in my head and most of the puzzles planned, just not the images and such. Carpe diem, eh?
