Pyrok mentioned laziness in his or her (straighten me out, pyrok) Tanga Times last night, and it’s perfect timing because I’m too lazy to create any puzzles this week. Instead, y’all get to create puzzles! Submit your best rebuses for classic works of literature. Actual images, please, not just “a rampaging elephant + a mutant banana + two children playing a game of tiddlywinks” etc. Here’s an example:

Multiple submissions in different posts are welcome but you can only win one prize. I will judge the entries with input from my non-puzzler wife whose untainted eyes may offer a fresh perspective. 10 points to my favorite and two 5 point prizes to my almost-but-not-quite favorites. Just think, this could be a start to a hypercross if you’re so inclined. You don’t have to immediately supply the answer in your post, but if I can’t get it, I may ask you to send me an email with the answer. To upload an image, first create a reply post.
