Unsatistfied customer!

I placed a order for two rings for my husband, on Nov. 25th. I still see no activity on my tracking number. It only says electronic shipping info recieved. After trying to get in touch with tanga support ( seemed very user unfriendly) I finally get a email saying they will look into it. Then I get a email saying they have had a glitch in the the warehouse with tracking info and some numbers are being held in their software. The said I would recieve yet another email if my order was to be delayed. Well my order is already over the 10 shipping days, and no email, no surprise. Reading other comments of their order problems, I do not get a vey good feeling about this company. I have tried several times to talk to a live person and have not bee able to. Left message and no one has return call. When a company say it wil tak 10 buisness days to ship then they need to back up their shipping time. Very dissatisfied, and just wan to know when my ordere will be shipped. I really wanted it under the tree!!!!!
