No Shipment and No Refund, PLEASE FIX THIS
Placed an order on Halloween 10/31. waited 14 days, still hadn’t been packaged. Emailed customer support (yeah, right) was told that they were running behind and I should see an update soon. Waited another week, no update. Contacted customer service AGAIN. A couple of days passed, received a long reply on Friday 10/ 22 saying “If for any reason we are unable to prepare your shipment by next Monday you will be issued a full and prompt refund.
We truly apologize for the delay and inconvenience this may have caused you.”
Monday came and, you guessed it, still not packaged and no refund" I have emailed customer service twice this week with no response. Would you PLEASE either ship the goods or issue that “prompt refund” you promised?
