Poor Customer Service

I ordered an item from Tanga in April and received an e-mail on April 21st that it had been shipped and they gave me a tracking number. Turns out after waiting for the item to be delivered for 10 days after the tracking number says it was (April 30th) Fed Ex tells me it isn’t even the tracking number for my order. The only way to get the correct tracking number is to contact Tanga. Surprise! no phone number any where on this site. I would like to actually speak with someone about their screw up? What kind of customer service is that? I have a problem with companies who hide behind technology.
