The claim in the contact information is that they’ll get back to you within 24 hours m-f if you send them a Tangagram. I need some information for a warranty problem with a computer I bought through the site and we’re at hour 27 now. Good thing I have a laptop, since the computer I normally use is belly up and needing to be fixed under warranty. It’s not like they’ve been timely with a reply in the past either. Is it just me?
