I bought a MP3 from Tanga back to November 2008, and it was borken when I received it. Tanga asked me to return it, so I shipped it back on December 4th and they received it few days later. Since then, no one from Tanga has replied my messages nor refunded my money. Does anyone has any similar experience? Can anyone tell me what to do? It seems that Tanga is unresponsive and very slow on replying messages and inquires.
