www.tineye.com – In a nut shell, upload a picture and it will search its index for the image and give you a list of places on the web that have that picture… even if it has been altered. They provide a browser plug-in that allows you to right click an image and “Search Image on TinEye”

Very useful when the list has images with a persons name it in. For example, this Hypercross (http://tanga.com/crossword_puzzles/503-9-6-2008) is all people… TinEye identified all but one person and their names appeared in at least one of the found results.
