I sent an e-mail asking if the item I ordered had shipped. Got a generic response. Couple days later I got another response saying item was shipping out on Tuesday the 19th. Then I get an e-mail from someone named Zack talking about items missing from my order and that they are issuing a refund then I should re-order from website if I still want the item. What a pain in the neck. Shipping, if it even get shipped, its horribly slow. Customer service needs to get it together
