I have a notification of a shout-out that I’ve already looked at and it won’t go away. Is there a glitch in the system?

Also; anyone being blown away by high winds today? Houses near me (Michigan) are losing siding and trash cans are running away from home. I had to take my American Flag down despite it being veterans day this weekend because I didn’t want it ripped off the side of my house!!
