I purchased a subscription to Entrepeneur magazine a year ago. I have yet to see a single issue. I sent a message to customer support last April and they said they’d contact the manufacturer and get back to me. I never received another email. I had forgotten about the subscription until now. Is this Tanga’s standard operating procedure? They make you bug them until they actually honor your purchase? What has been your experience with purchasing a magazine subscription from Tanga? If I don’t get my magazines, I’m going to spread as far and side as possible that Tanga is a rip off and that no one should patronize this fraudulent merchant.
