This isn’t some flimsy inflatable thing. It’s holding up well and a good size. Using it tons, especially after those brutal gym sessions. Definitely worth it if you do. Lot of working out and rigorous training.
I been using this ice bath for 2 weeks now. It absolutely does its job. Coming from work tired and frustrated is a thing of the past. This ice bath helps my body relax and feel at peace. I like that ia portable and can take with me every where I go.
I got this for the exact reason of why it is advertised, which is the portability. And frankly, the takedown and set up could not be any easier. I like to have this so that I can take it with me on weekends out to our ranch and continue my healthcare regime on the go. Perfect no notes.
This is so cool, to have your own ice bath and to have it be portable is a win win. We got this for our daughter that place soccer to try and see if the hype about ice baths are true and they are! Don’t waste your money on the expensive ones if you are just starting out, this one does the same exact thing plus it’s portable, has a drain and folds right to store. If your worrying about not being able to fit in it, you’ll be surprised my 6 foot Husband was able to fit in it with no problem at all - remember your sitting in it.
This portable ice bath has been great! It’s easy to set up, use, and to store when we’re not using it which has been convenient. It seems to do a great job keeping the water cold so far. Ice baths are new to us, but it seems to be helping so I’m glad we have an option like this that doesn’t take up too much space.
