I've only owned this for less than a week so maybe my star rating will change as time passes yet, for now, the product itself is PERFECT! It's done the job intended and I can tell a huge difference in air quality in just this short amount of time. However, beware of purchasing in-store without having the app handy (or a print-out of this page). I found this on the app prior to buying it. Having just bought something of lesser quality for the same price recently, I thought $173.99 was a steal for something with so many options. When I went to the store to buy it, it had a $235.99 price tag. The $129.99 posted price for the AirGenius 4 was the same in-store as online so I kept trying to compare the 5 in front of me versus my app. Surely I was missing something. I approached two employees and they scanned it for me. They told me to take it to one of the customer service lanes and show them the app to price match. They did - VERY helpful with no issues. I saved $62! When I got home I checked other stores to gauge their prices and most of them are in this same $174 price range, so I'm not sure why/how the brick and mortar store can price it so much higher. I was lucky to have done research beforehand, had the app handy in-store, and dealt with a wonderful set of employees but I want to make sure others are aware in case they miss out on a $62 'discount'.

I HAVE HAD THE PRODUCT FOR A WEEK OR SO AND HAVE HAD IT RUNNING 24/7 AND I THINK IT HAS HELPED THE QUALITY OF AIR IN MY SMALL APARTMENT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS ITEM.

Works well so far. I didn't notice a plastic smell others spoke about in reviews. I don't mind the blue lights. I even like the accent light. Think it's well worth the money. Has really cut down on dust.

Overall this unit works. I live in a dusty area and it seems to be working. I used to wake up with a stuffy nose and now I don't. So I can safely say that it's working as it's supposed to. BTW online pricing is cheaper than in store.

I bought this after constantly getting a stuffy nose in my apartment (Built in 1866). Dust was a constant issue and this filter has noticeably has made a difference in my breathing and dust. I ended up buying a second one since it was on sale for a family member who is asthmatic. They've also said that there's a noticeable difference as well. I like the fact it has a permanent filter and also comes with a reusable pre-filter. I was actually disappointed how quiet it is because I sleep with a loud fan in my room as well. On medium and low you barely can hear it.
