They sent a plate that had a distressed patterned, black and white flag. Not even close to what was described or in pictures. Returned for a prompt refund.

Ordered this thinking I was going to get a blacked out flag. It came in the mail as a red white and blue flag with the pledge of allegiance on it. Returned it for a new one and got the same exact one. Starting to think the picture shown is NOT what you’re actually ordering. Returning this one and going elsewhere for my license plate.

Order a black monochrome plate received a black and white plate. The product itself is great but I wouldn't recommend it solely based on receiving the wrong item in the correct box. That tells me no real care is taken in packaging or shipping.

I accidentally ordered this product twice. First one I opened had a red stripe (like firefighter.) I figured it was an accident. Fortunately, I mistakenly ordered a second, so that will be correct. Right? NOPE. Another black plate with a red stripe. Even without the red stripe, they don’t look anything like the pictures. Returning both.

Not at all as pictured. The one shown on the site has glosee/matte lines. The one I received is all matte.

This is a black lic.plate you cant see the flag or the hidden design I keep looking nto peel a sheet of covering off it so it looks decent.

Got the wrong item. Ordered an all black And gray flag but it came with white stripes. Disappointed and returning. It’s also VERY thin.

This is the second flag license plate that said monochrome (black and gray shades) and they both arrived with a red stripe! I thought I made an error on the first one so I was very careful the second time, and this one has a red stripe too! I did not order that. Very upset.

Even though the license plate was sealed and packaged in an envelope and cardboard box, the plate was already damaged. The paint was already coming off. Very thin metal.
